can my jailbroken iphone update to ios 7 ?

So the new ios 7 just came out and i want to update it to ios 7. I have a jailbroken iphone 4 running on ios 5.0.1. i'm bored of the jailbreak and i don't want it anymore or any of the jailbroken apps. i just want a normal iphone running on ios 7. How do i do this? do i connect to itunes, backup, and then do i click restore or update? any help is appreciated ...Answer
